Everything You Need to Know
EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Present original receipt during exchange.
Item exchanged must be in its original packaging with Giordano's brand label intact.
Exchange value is based on current selling price.
No cash will be refunded.
Undergarments and socks cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges to be made in Giordano Singapore stores islandwide within one month from purchase date.
REMARKS

All exchanged items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.

Giordano will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)

Please note all goods must be accompanied by a receipt. Exchanges without a receipt will be denied.
RECEIVING A REFUND
We do not do refunds.
REPEATED EXCHANGES
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
PRODUCTS

We are not selling any watches at our stores. For any watches, branded Giordano, purchased from other platforms or channels, there is no further product information and support will be provided.
