Everything You Need to Know

EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Giordano is committed to provide quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason, please return it to us with the receipt within 1 month from purchase.

  • Exchange and returns can be made at any Giordano store in Singapore.

REMARKS

  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.

  • Giordano will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)

  • Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.

  • Please note all goods must be accompanied by an receipt. Returns without a receipt will be denied.

  • Return requests made outside of the 1 monthj policy will be accepted at the discretion of Giordano.

RECEIVING A REFUND

  • Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase.

REPEATED RETURNS

  • We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

PRODUCTS

  • We are not selling any watches  at our stores. For any watches, branded Giordano, purchased from other platforms or channels, there is no further product information and support will be provided.
