EXCHANGE POLICY

Physical Store Purchase

  • Please present the original receipt when requesting an exchange. Exchanges without a receipt will be denied.

  • All exchanged items must be returned new, unused, and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the Giordano brand label still attached.

  • Exchange value will be based on the current selling price.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Undergarments and socks are non-exchangeable.

  • Giordano will not refund or exchange personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable,” or items that are soiled or damaged (e.g., altered sizes, washed or worn garments, leather treated with oil, etc.).

  • Exchanges are limited to a one-to-one basis.

  • All exchanges must be made at Giordano Singapore stores within one month of the purchase date.

Online Orders (Shopee, Lazada & Zalora)

  • The following terms and conditions apply to all three online third-party platforms: Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.

  • Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the date of order placement.

  • We facilitate 1-to-1 item exchanges at our physical stores. Please contact our e-commerce team through the platform where you placed your order prior to your visit to confirm stock availability at our stores.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with the price tag still attached.

  • Exchanges are not allowed for personal items such as innerwear, undergarments, socks, clearance items, or product listings marked as [No Exchange Allowed] or [Print-To-Order].

  • For [Online Exclusive] items (as stated on the product listing), please consult our e-commerce team before proceeding with an exchange via the respective platform you placed your order from. 

  • If the item you wish to exchange for has a higher price, a top-up will be required based on the in-store selling price. Please note that no refund will be provided for items exchanged for a lower-priced item.

RETURN POLICY

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds in stores.

Online Orders (Shopee, Lazada & Zalora)

  • Adhere strictly to the return policies of the respective platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora).

  • Returns must be processed through the platform where the purchase was made; returns cannot be handled at physical stores.
